Our President Mohamed Osman Haji , who is on an official visit to Turkey in recent days, held an important meeting with the Chairman of the Oz Gida-Is Trade Union, an organization that serves workers in the food, tobacco, and beverage industries, Mr. Halil Çukutli. Mr. Halil Çukutli is also the Vice President of Hak-İş. The meeting was also attended by the General Secretary of the Oz Gida-Is Union, Mr. Tufan Akar. Both sides agreed to accelerate the union’s activities and establish full cooperation and collaboration. This initiative is expected to bring significant benefits to Somali workers, focusing on improving their rights and enhancing their working conditions.
