Events Held by Women Committee

The members of our women\’s committee join together to support and advance the rights and interests of women. They are primarily female. They make sure to stand up for workers\’ rights in local groups, nonprofits, and governmental institutions.

Their major goal is to address problems that disproportionately affect women, like gender-based violence, workplace discrimination, and unequal access to healthcare and education for the workers and their families.

Some of the activities of our women committees include organizing events and workshops, conducting research and advocacy, and lobbying policymakers for change. They also provide resources and support to women in need, such as counseling services to the affected one.
